I'm Paul, a Sydney-based technology leader and AI adoption consultant with over 20 years in engineering and over a decade in senior leadership. I've built and scaled teams of 200+, founded businesses, and worked across a range of industries. That experience shapes how I approach technology: practical, grounded, and focused on what actually works.

I spend a lot of time working with emerging tech, from agentic AI to orchestration and building systems that push what's possible. But in my experience, the bigger opportunity, especially for organisations at scale, isn't in the tech itself.

It's in adoption. Helping more people use AI simply, confidently, and in ways that compound over time. The challenge isn't access, it's making AI feel relevant to everyday work and achievable for the people using it. That's where I focus: helping leaders drive real adoption.
